Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout. Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States 5-10 business days; International 10-20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Delays

Occasionally shipments may be delayed due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shadowz2shifty@gmail.com.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
