Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter our fulfillment process and can't be changed. Contact us immediately at hello@pawpeak.com if you need to make a change.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International orders typically take 7–14 business days. Shipping costs and import duties may vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
First, check your tracking link (sent via email). If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's mail room. If still missing after 3 business days, email us at hello@pawpeak.com and we'll make it right.
We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If your pet doesn't love it — or you're not satisfied for any reason — return it within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked, no hassle.
Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Email us at hello@pawpeak.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Absolutely. Email us at hello@pawpeak.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange for. We'll hold the replacement item and process the swap as soon as we receive your return.
We're so sorry! Email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number to hello@pawpeak.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no return necessary.
We use only pet-safe, non-toxic materials in every PawPeak product. If you have specific concerns about a product for your pet's needs, consult your vet.
Each product page includes a size guide. For wearables, we recommend measuring your pet's neck, chest, and length before ordering. When in doubt, size up — and remember, our 30-day return policy means you can always exchange for the right fit.
We're committed to sustainability. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and we're actively working to source more eco-certified materials across our product line. We plant one tree for every order placed through our partnership with One Tree Planted.
We are 100% cruelty-free. Our products are tested on humans and approved by vets — never tested on animals in harmful or distressing ways. The only "testing" our pets do is happily using the products, which they love.
